A year ago around thanksgiving I bought this diet supplement pills from "whole foods." I it used on and off when I felt like shedding a few pounds. Now I ran out of them and I can’t find the bottle to check what it was. The only thing I remember is the bottle having for written as 4 such as "herbs 4 weight loss". It smells kinda gross and looks green in transparent capsules. I really liked the product and had no side effects.
Any ideas?

Im wanting to loose a stone and was wondering if any diet pills actually work? Im not big/obese but I am over my adverage weight and just need help. Just need something to speed up weight loss.

I have a lot of weight to lose, and I want to lose it reasonably quickly (not dangerously, but at the top end of the advised weight loss range).
I have some mental health problems which prevent me from going out and exercising much.
If I eat a low-fat, low calorie diet, will herbal slimming pills help?
They’re reasonably expensive so I’d like some idea as to whether it’d be a waste of money or a helpful aid to slimming.

Hello,
I’m about 5′3, and 139 lbs. I need to be 120-125 lbs for personal reasons.
I think healthy eating and exercise isn’t enough for me.
So, I was thinking of using the help from some diet pills. I wouldn’t take them everyday, just 3 times a week or so to help boost weight loss. I want to take ALL NATURAL herbal-like diet pills for the sake of my body. No Hydroxycut or Xenadrine, please.
I would love some suggestions from you guys.

I’m 17 years old, will be 18 in March. I’ve been taking the pill Hydroxycut for a few weeks, and now i’m up to 5 pills a day. I’m not actually overweight or anything, I use it as an appetite suppressant so I don’t eat over 1100 calories or so a day. Do diet pills actually work for weight loss, or do they have bad side effects to them?

I have Triple Strength Fish Oil, Mega T Green Tea with Acai Berry and Hoodia extract pills, I also have over the counter Magnesium, Reservatrol diet pills, and Chromium Picolinate pills.
Someone told me that it’s hard to burn fat because the liver is trying to get rid of all the weight loss medications, workout supplements…so I thought about it and took what was said on this youtube video into consideration.
Should I get rid of these pills or keep them?

Okay, so I’m a little bit overweight, 5′10 and about 180lbs…16 years old. I’m dieting and excercisng and it’s going really well. I’d like to loose a lot of weight by May. My metabolsim isn’t all that great, and I’m aware that many women have that problem. I was just wondering if there’s a pill that could speed up the weight loss process. And by all means, nothing drastic. I don’t expect to just take a pill and loose weight. I was thinking of trying the new Slimquick with Hoodia- but is there a certain age you have to be to buy that?
