So,I am starting my workout program on Monday,and I bought couple of supplements Synthia6 and Lipo6x,the problem is i saw on the label that if you are on anti depressants you should consult your doctor. I am taking zoloft,not because of depression but because i have social anxiety disorder,and everything is ok there,but I am wondering will I have any bad side effect because of this! I have begun to take Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. Should I team it up with Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extreme Fat Burner to get leaner muscle? Also, should I do alot of cardio with these supplements?

I am A 19 year old guy i work out 6 days a week that includes weight training and some cardio.I am 5,10 170lbs and 14% Body Fat. I do follow a strict diet high protein low fat moderate carbs and a s**t load of water. My current goal is to drop to 6% BF of lower while maintain Muscle to become ripped. One issue i have since i have been trying to rip up is that i lose weight and I get end up losing the muscle and in some how increase BF levels and become fatter flabbier and softer bad genetics?? So i have decided that i am going to invest in Fat Burners. I am looking for fat burners that are low in caffeine and will help me lose subcutaneous Body fat not muscle or water weight… with thousands of products on the market and all their publicity I want to hear from peoples personal experiences from their products/ supplements?? also any other advise on getting ripped and losing Body fat i would appreciated it

I am taking Fat burner for almost a year and Vitamin E supplements for more than 10 years now. I am a 45-year old woman and I am not sure if those supplements have any side effects with me
I’m looking to lose 35-40 pounds and was thinking of trying a weight loss/ fat burner supplement (after all of the research to decide which is right for me). I was wondering, if and when I lose the weight I want off with the aid of the weight loss/ fat furner formula I choose, will I be able to stop using them and keep the weight off by working out?
Also, some suggestions on supplements to use would be great.
