What is a good fat burner to take?

I’ve been exercising lifting weights and cardio for 4 years in addition to eating healthy and on a high protein diet and i still have a bit of fat that i can’t seem to lose. I am considering taking a fat burner supplement to help out. Does anyone have knowledgable advice to offer? I’m wondering how these work as the guy at the health store said you dont gain back weight if you go off of them, that the supplement helps your body boost its own metabolism, sounds like a bunch of crap to me.

I take Procardia XL 30 mg once a day. So far my blood pressure has went way down. I am not however happy with my weight. I eat right, exercise, and drink plenty of water. I even lift weights and do push ups to build my upper body strength. It seems as if nothings working. I think I need a metabolism boost. Would it be harmful to my health to take a natural fat burner once a day?

Diet pills? Any good ones out there?

I see all those ads on television for Hoodia, green tea, this and that, etc. Don’t want to even go near the new ones that make you crap yourself. Is there really a diet pill out there that will boost your metabolism to AIDE in the weight loss? I have recently started Bob Greene’s program and rejoined the gym. I have probably 40 pounds to lose. But would settle for 30. Hell, I’d settle for 10 right now. :-)

Will I regain weight after I stop taking a fat burner?

I wanted to start taking an all natural fat burner to lose about 30 pounds. My friends are taking them and the pounds are flyin off! After I stop taking them will I regain the weight? I have heard that it will slow down my metabolism once I stop but if I exercise 3 times a week and eat healthy will I bring my metabolism back up?

Before I start….I am on a strict and healthy diet and exersize plan. I usually eat just under 1200 calories a day and I take multi vitamins. I exersize 1 and sometimes 2 hours a day and 3 times a week I go to the gym and use those giant machines for arms, back, legs, core ect…blahblahblah.

basically I know this fat burner isn’t going to be a magic pill and will be counterproductive if I dont exersize.
I have never really used a fat burner before…I took one a long time ago but I never had time to exersize and diet properly so i stopped after the first week. everything I do is based on keeping my metabolism going constantly.

now I am using lipo 6 the right way…and Im curious how did they work for you???

i dont mean to sound rude or mean spirited but, I dont want awnsers from people who dont exersize and eat right while you are taking them.

I’m not an idiot, I know food doesn’t burn fat for you, but I heard that eating fruits and veggies "promotes" weightloss… whatever that means.. And I also heard that a teaspoon of cinamon a day can help your metabolism be faster so you burn weight quicker. Any others???

I want to try something that will boost my metabolism so I can have the energy to exercise. I dont want an easy way out but I find it hard to exercise especially after a hard day at work. Ever heard of any side effects? Can I take one pill a day instead of four? One week worth of pills in Trinidad cost almost 0.
