I’ve lost 3.91 pounds in 8 days. Over the 8 days Ive been counting calories, taking my herbal diet pill and always making sure my output exceeds my input. I didnt really exercise because I was working 9.5hour days and constantly on my feet.
Is this alright? Or could I lose more??
Any advice welcome!!

Im about to start birth control, but im alittle heisitent to. Im worried about the side affects and what they can do to my health. Another thing about that that i dont understand is, Can i take it before i start my period or do i have to start it that same day? It also says if your taking certain kinds of herbal supplements it can affect the effectiveness? But it doesnt name which ones. Cause Im taking A herbal diet pill right now and i wonder if that will effect the pill? Help, im major confussed!

Ok all if you read my previous question then you know what this is all about. But I just wanted to know if there is a possibility of the morning after pill not working. I took the Plan B the morning after the condom broke. I was also taking this diet pill called Mega T which is a herbal green tea diet pill. Does anyone know why the Plan B didn’t work? Was it because I was taking the herbal diet pill or what? I need some answers anyone please. Thanks for your help. By the way I have decided to keep the baby.

For a while now I have been trying to lose weight. I restricting my diet about 4 months ago although I’d done that previously on & off now it’s got to the point where I am eating up to just 3 apples a day and desperatley wanting to become thinner and everytime I eat something else apart from that I feel discusted especially when it’s dinner time and when I can’t get out of eating at the dinner table with my family.
Every morning I weigh myself for the satisfaction hoping to of dropped more weight and then I find myself spending money endlessley on laxatives, diet pills and herbal diet aids even drinking up to 7-10 cups of green tea or coffee to speed up my metabolism and execising 4 times a day.
Then there was this time when I use to go through periods of making myself throwup and restricting so much to the point where I ended up fainting 3 times. The reason I am speaking up now is because I want help and I’m so tired of doing this to myself, I am terrified by the fact that if I put something into my mouth that I’m not suppose to eat I’ll get fat and I don’t think that I would be able to cope with that.

I gained 5 pounds on a recent 1 week vacation because we ate pretty badly there and when I got home, I started excercsizing it off, I missed my period that month and then last month, I lost three pounds and now am taking an herbal diet pill. Could the fact that I haven’t had my period be due to the fact that we ate junk food and take out the entire vacation long and my body was not used to that? My pee was very strong smelling and yellow the second, third and fourth nights of vacation also.
I have always had irregular periods also, I have a polycistic overy.

I have found a red capsule with white letters reading RS in large type, and sx in small type. I called poison control, and they have no idea what it is. I tasted it and it taste like a nasty herbal diet pill! Problem in I have a one year old little girl, and a 4 mo old dog, and they were both fighting over it. I’m pretty sure the dog dug it up in the back yard, since I don’t take these kinds of pills, and it looked dirty & chewed up. I called my pediatrician and they have advised me to watch my baby closely, but I am still curious to know what type of pill this is, I am watching the dog too! If you have any answers please let me know!

I was taking this herbal diet pill a doc prescribed it worked a wonder!… ..But i only used for a month! and i started noticing that around the last week i started getting hungry again. So i went back for my second month pack and NOTHING pills had no effect on me what so ever! That happened to me Years ago when i was taking exenadrine with apherda
I wanted do know is there a technical term for that!
And does any one know what i can do to Help my system work with it again.?
DONT TELL ME I SHOULDN"T BE TAKING DIET PILLS. Please thats not an answer to my question! i would of Posted that if i wanted to hear that answer!..Thanks everyone!

Hi,
i need to post some diet pills to a friend of mine (not available in that country) and was wondering if anyone has tried the Irwin Naturals Fat metabolizer or any other all natural diet pill.
She is getting married this december and wants a natural / herbal diet pill to complement her exercise routine and low cal diet. She plans on losing 15-20 lbs for the wedding.
Please let me know if this works or if u have any other suggestions for an all natural / herbal diet pill.
