So I have tried every diet in the book and haven’t gotten much results…my co worker told me about hydroxycut that she took and lost 70 lbs and kept it off….if I take it I plan to be on a healthy diet and exercise regulary to maintain after I finish the pills…I did my research all the ingrediants look safe and herbal but is it overall safe? My friend and I are planning a trip to Vitamin World on Sunday. I have shopped there before, but want to propel the experience beyond multi-vitamins and ginseng pills to replace my coffee.
I am 18 and a fairly healthy person. I eat well and understand and practice the principles of a healthy diet. I am also in a muscle tone and development class that has exposed me to a new realm of muscle tone that I can achieve. I am becoming pretty passionate about healthy eating and gaining (and maintaining) muscle. I’ve been hearing about omega-3 fatty acids, fish oil, and amino acids lately and am not sure which supplements are most beneficial.
So what should I spring for?!
