i’m having my school holidays and i hope i can lose as much weight as possible before school reopens.
im 14.
i was eating diet pill for a month and fiber for 3 months but someone told me that it’ll make my uterus cold or something and that will make me unable to conceive. can i drink just Japanese green tea to lose weight? when i say just, i totally mean without food. other than green tea, i will drink water as well. i won’t let myself starve, cause i know its not good for health although doing this is already unhealthy.
I take Procardia XL 30 mg once a day. So far my blood pressure has went way down. I am not however happy with my weight. I eat right, exercise, and drink plenty of water. I even lift weights and do push ups to build my upper body strength. It seems as if nothings working. I think I need a metabolism boost. Would it be harmful to my health to take a natural fat burner once a day?
Like most people i am a little sensitive about my weight and am having trouble with just the exercie and diet is there any pills that might quicken the process that are health too?
I recently started taking some hoodia pills. Not the "diet pill" kind but the all natural stuff. I am also changing my diet and exercising too but would like to see if the pills might help as well. My doctor said it was fine and i was healthy enough. I was just wondering what the maximum dose is that you can take. I have read online before that for certain people one did nothing but they took two and it made a huge difference. i do want to be safe about this at the same time but wanted to know if taking two pills is healthy. ive tried to reach my doctor and he is always unavailable. i have prom in two weeks and diet and excersise isnt doing enough alone.the pill i take now is 500mg. will taking 1000mg be bad for my health. please no rude answers. and thanks a bunch♥♥♥
