Green Tea fat burner capsules with 400 mg of egcg?

Jennifer June 26th, 2011

Has anyone had experience with the Green tea fat burner capsules by Applied Nutrition? Please do share good or bad. I have had two people one being a pharmicist and another a family friend swear by it. One lost 10lbs in a month and the other 4 clothing sizes in a month. Just curious what others think.

Is this work out plan perfect?

Jennifer June 9th, 2011

If not, how can I fix it? I’m 17, 170 pounds (I’m normally 165 pounds but I overate last weekend!) and 5′4". My goal is to lose 65 pounds, cause I’d love to be skinny, but fit. I do volleyball, soccer, and track, so any tips for those, I’d love love love. Also, I’m at risk for developing type 2 diabetes (family + I have too much sugar sometimes…) which I really want to avoid!

I spent about 1 hour making this work out plan. Any improvements? I plan on starting it next week, just as a test (I may change certain times and what not, if it gets too hard/easy), but I’m mainly doing it over the summer because I want to come back to school transformed!

what is your experience with SlimQuick Fast Diet Pills?

Jennifer May 16th, 2011

I got them yesterday,i mean it cost me 30 bucks for 60 pills, and you suppose to take 4 a day the first week and 6 a day after that,so there are quite expensive,i wanna know what was your experience with this all natural(they claim to be) diet pills.
you took them?for how long?did you hate them, why?

my biggest corcern is the caffeine factot, even if all the ingredients are natural, they have yerba mate, green tea, hoodia, and in the bottle it says that a serving equals to 2 cups of coffee!! and i drink coffee all day anyway which i can cut down a bit but not willing to stop having coffee cause i enjoy it much,i do not drink energy drinks or sodas, but i am concern about these diet pills and coffee intake( I never have black coffee, always with milk)
i am 32 years old,i had a baby 6 months a go and i wanna loose my last 10 to 15 pounds.

thanks to all in advance

Can I chew/dissolve Green tea Fat Burner?

Jennifer May 10th, 2011

I bought a jar of Green Tea Fat Burners (the liquid-gel pill) to help raise my metabolism and control cravings that I get monthly and the pills are rather large. I have difficulty swallowing pills in general and I was wondering if it is or sounds okay to either dissolve or cut the tablet in half.

Thanks!

How can I loose weight when I live at school and eat the same non-nutritional food and only have time 4 Taebo?

Jennifer May 4th, 2011

I have always been over weight and played Tennis in high school so when I got to school and didn’t have that exercise all the time I started doing Taebo, but it doesn’t work well when school serves mostly fried food or watered down lettuce and veggies. Is there any diet pills like green tea pills or hoodia pills that actually work and can help me along with loosing weight?

I would like to lose 15 pounds I am 140 right now, any diet pills to recomend?

Jennifer March 25th, 2011

I am female and 21 years old and I have gained about 15 pounds im the past year. Are there any diet pills that are safe for not really overweight people. I do have a big bump and a minor muffin top startung to form. I do situps, but it really hurts my back. I am 5′7". Ive heard of so many pills out there, alli NV hoodia green tea….. what should i use?
Alot of people say that they are unhealthy, but give me a reason why the pills are unhealthy. And I dont get to go to the gym very often, I stay at home alot.
I would like to say thank you for everyone who took the time to give their opinions and I will take your advice.

Do you know of any safe appetite suppressants that really work?

Jennifer March 20th, 2011

If I just didn’t crave sweets all the time, I would have no trouble losing weight. I’ve tried green tea, hoodia, OTC diet pills, etc., etc., and either it doesn’t work or I have side effects. I try to avoid anything that contains caffeine or that can cause heartburn.

Do you know of any safe alternatives that really curb sugar cravings?
