I usally get hungry all the time because I workout 50min 3times a week.
Drink or veggetables that are natural that can appetite suppressant.

I weigh 167 and im 5′6 tall male. need to lose about 20pounds and exercise is good to raise my motabalism but, its making me eat what I exercise. I worked out 1 month lost 3 pounds gained it back even though im working out still.

I understand I have to mix diet and exercise. I am pretty good about my diet, I cut out bread, pasta, sweets and soda but I need a little more with the whole getting to the gym thing. Can you reccommend me something with energy and hunger control?

Hi, I turned 15 a couple of months ago, and I’ve struggled with my weight since I was 13.
I used to be on the swim team, and I was very fit. Everyday I would swim over a mile in the pool, and twice a week the rest of the swim team and I had to do bleacher miles on the football stadiums.
Anyway, I had an accident where a fell, pretty high up, and shattered my right leg. I had an operation where a metal plate was screwed into my right leg to keep the bones together, and pins placed in my ankle.

Because of that surgery, I now have limitations to my exercise. Yes, I can still run, which I do often (I don’t enjoy *running* too much, but I love the feeling after wards… Being tired and getting my energy out) since I’m on the dance team. Unfortunately, after I run, my ankle hurt so bad it hurts to walk on it. Sometimes I randomly get pain from the side of my leg (where the metal plate is) but it eventually fades away.

I used to weigh 113 pounds, and a few about 6 months after my accident, my weight shot up to 140 pounds! Last summer, I went on a fruit and veggie diet, which worked really well! I was able to drop my weight down to 133 (even at night, when your weight is the heaviest!) and my pants and clothing were looser. It didn’t make me feel depressed or hungry, in fact, my appetite went away. The only problem with that is I don’t like feeling restricted. If I ate one thing, I’d gain a pound or two. I don’t like living like that.

My mom told me about this website called Sparks people, and told me that I needed to eat 1800 calories a day (versus the 900 that I was eating). Well, thanks to their advice, I’ve gained 4 more pounds. My weight now resides at 144. So now, I am officially overweight… By 2 pounds. Even if I weren’t overweight, I don’t like being chubby. My arms and legs are chubby and I just feel dirty because of it. I’m going to Japan as a foreign exchange student, so I want to be SLIM. (by the way, I didn’t eat junk food to get the 1800 calories, I just ate more fruit or more food at dinner time).

This summer, I want to run in the morning and swim in the afternoon. I want to be SLIM though so bad! I want to be fit, but a slim body is really what I want! So, will Sensa work? In the before-and-after photos, the people are always very slim.

Does hoodia, Hydroxycut, or any of those other pills work at all?

I know they won’t MAKE me lose weight, but do they really help like the say they do? Like, the patch and stuff? I know it’s used with diet and exercise, but does it boost results like it claims? Anyone have any experience with it? Anything better you can recommend…any sort of appetite suppressant or anything?

I am trying to loose weight. I’ve been exercising, and I want to know what pills help boost metabolism, suppress appetites and help burn fat with exercise. I mean something that works good, that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.

i’ve been doing the Insanity workout for about 5 weeks now, i can feel my muscles getting stronger and i’ve lost a few lbs. i have been following a pretty strict diet of what to eat but it seems like im not burning the fat or losing inches. is there anything i can take along with my diet and exercise that will aid in the lost of fat? if you’re going to suggest it, it would be nice if you have actually tried it and not just heard about it. thank you!

I’m 20 years old, about 5′9 and weigh 165 lbs.

I don’t exercise as much as I’d like to, I got a bad back…so I train arms for the most part, and I myself, and anyone who knows me considers me in good shape…

But I’ve noticed some belly fat, and that’s fucked my head up serious. Yeah, I admit I want an easy way out and that’s why I’m asking, if anyone has firsthand experience with fat burners…which ones work best? or is every one of them a waste of time and money?
