So i’ve tried EVERYTHING and now im desperate.
I’ve tried exercising, diets herbals, even a body wrap and nothing is helping.. and i did this for a good month and only lost 5 pounds.
please help!

If i have to what are good diet pills…ect.. thank you and please no hate. i just want answers. have nothing nice to say than dont bother commenting.
i dont eat many calories.. im on a strict diet, and nothing is helping..

so yea.. dont tell me to exercise diet ect cause im already doing it!

Whats wrong with his stomach guts and rear end?!!?

I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years an ever since I have known him he has had problems with digestion. We are now 3 months in to a backpacking trip around India, Thailand etc and he is now worse than ever- so bad that on some occasions he can’t hold it in! Before every long train/ bus journey he has to take a few Imodium pills top avoid any embarrassing accidents! He is not to bothered about it all, but I worry for his health- its just not normal. Any ideas as to what may be wrong/ what could help- ie new diets, herbal remedies etc?

Here is a list of his problems:

Involuntarily vomiting after a large meal, or after eating very greasy food. Even if he tries to hold it in he just can’t.

He passes foul smelling wind- I used to think that this was from all the chillies he eats. However since we left home this problem has gone away so I know think it must be an intolerance to something-(wheat maybe?)

Having diarrhea at least once a week back at home, but since we have been traveling its every day.

At home and whilst we have been traveling, we always eat and drink pretty much the same foods and I rarely have any problems (we try to eat a healthy, balanced diet most of the time).
The only difference in our diets is that he does enjoy adding a sickening amount of the hottest chillies to his food (he loves to crunch through raw scotch bonnets). Although he has on a number of occasions abstained from eating spicy foods for a number of weeks at a time, this has never really shown to improve any of his problems.

The other strange thing is that even with all of this food coming out as quick as it went in- he is marginally overweight . Its as if he has a ridiculously slow metabolism- we eat similar quantities but I’m still only a size 10.

Any ideas whats wrong/ what could help?

What is the best way to lose weight.. My grandma, mom, and aunt are overweight/obese and have been struggling for years, upon years..I think they’ve stopped trying because they’ve given up hope, they’ve tried quite a few diets like Weight Watchers and South Beach. but they don’t seem to work?

Somebody keeps reporting my questions. What can be done to prevent this?

recently somebody have started to report my answers on yahoo answers community. As a result I keep to receive lettersinforming abut cancelation of my answers. I have appealed almost all cases and even received such a message from yahoo team

It is well known that they affects your psychiatric conditions and even can lead to suicidal thoughts. As by my experience the most safe should be some natural remedies, for example some herbal preparations like "Slimfast". I personally did not take slimfast as I am totally satisfied with my body shape and weight but I have an aunt who is obsessed with idea to loose weight for some years already. She tried a lot of methods starting from herbalife,starvation, weight loss tea, diets and etc but unfortunately nothing showed great results. Her last choice is "Slimfast" and so far she is satisfied with results. Good Luck!"
