I am a 29 year old female (1 child 6 years old) and I have always had problems with my weight.I am not able to exercise due to bad knees (from being in nursing for ten years) and I am an @ home wife.I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks due to a "Japanese Diet Pill" but I am worried about my future health? Any ideas?
I got hurt @ work almost 3 years ago (I was catching an Alzheimer’s Patient) and I had to quit nursing as I am unable to stand that long.Swimming? I am really thinking about joining my local gym that has an indoor pool.I have an out door pool in my apartment complex but tbh it’s so small and so many kids go there? I wouldn’t have the room needed to swim.I am a very good swimmer btw,and could most def do laps given the space to do so! 
I am not lazy and don’t eat a lot,high weight runs in my family but not overly so.

Im just curious as to which diet pill from Wal-Mart or CVS, works the best. Im looking for something with rapid weight loss and isnt too expensive. Thanks!

I know, I know that no pills are FDA approved and safe to take and that we all can get bad aftereffects from doing so. Yet we all take them anyways, because were all curious, and would like to agree on one to end this quest to perfection that does not exist. SO I am asking you all to please recommend me the most effective, safest diet pill.

i’m having my school holidays and i hope i can lose as much weight as possible before school reopens.
im 14.
i was eating diet pill for a month and fiber for 3 months but someone told me that it’ll make my uterus cold or something and that will make me unable to conceive. can i drink just Japanese green tea to lose weight? when i say just, i totally mean without food. other than green tea, i will drink water as well. i won’t let myself starve, cause i know its not good for health although doing this is already unhealthy.
if so, how much can i lose in a week?

I am taking Mega-T Green Tea with Acai Berry and Hoodia. The instructions say to take two caplets a day with a meal and some water. I don’t really eat in the morning because I have to sleep through the morning so I was wondering what exactly would happen if I didn’t eat when I take it in the morning?
I just started taking it yesterday and I have been waking up in the morning just to eat something but then I cant get back to sleep and I have to sleep as much as a can during the day for my job. I do however take it in the evening when I eat dinner with a glass of water like directed. I also follow an exercise plan to help burn fat. My big problem areas are my "pooch" (lower stomach) and my lovely love handles. I hate them.
So I would like to know:
1. What would happen if I didnt eat only in the mornings while i take the pill?
and
2. Does anyone have any suggestions for more exercises I could do to burn those love handles and my pooch off?
If anyone has any stories I’d love to hear them as well
I know that diet pills are effective because my sister and mother took this exact diet pill. And some things work on some people and not others. Thats why there are different pills and exercises for everyone. Thanks.

I’m 5′8 and weigh 190…i know… :-/
it makes me feel horrible. but it is so hard to diet! believe me ive tried. im just so hungry and weak. exercising hurts and im just full of excuses! lol
anyway, is there any diet pill like hoodia or quicktrim or acai berry thing that would help me???
im willing to exercise and cut back a little on what i eat but not completely…just eat healthier. i used to be so skinny. now im fat!
im scared to be naked in front of my boyfriend! he doesnt care, but i do!
please help me! im desperate!
hydroxycut has been recalled because of liver damage, i refuse to use that one.

I need to lose weight. About 40 pounds. I’ve been exercising a few days a week and am struggling to get this extra weight off. I’m looking for a weight loss pill, diet pill, appetite suppressant or fat burners. Could any of you recommend how to lose weight fast? What fat burners or weight loss pills works best with no to little side effects?

I would love to lose at least 30 pounds by the end of the year. I eat as good as I can and exercise often but I would love a little boost. Ive done some research of my own but it seems like every website has a different answer about which pills are the best and most of the time there are no success stories to back it up. So if anyone has a success story about a diet pill they have tried please let me know. Thanks.
