Meal replacement shakes with fat burners?

I workout 4 days a week with cardio on my off-days. I plan to replace 2 meals everyday (breakfast and lunch) with a meal replacement shake. The shake is well balanced and has all the essential nutrients needed. However, I was wondering if I can combine the use of these shakes with a fat burner like Lipo-6?

Should I use a fat burner supplement every day, or only on the days I actually go to the gym?

I go to the gym three to four times per week, and do 20min cardio (running hillclimbing 10%) and 1h15 free weights, more or less. My objective is to lose fat in a healthy, sound (but possibly) quicky way. I found good fat burners and I am wondering if I should take the pill every single day, also when I do not go to the gym? Thanks!

Im 5′5 103 lb,ab- blood, and need to be around 85lb(give or take a couple lbs).
Im a vegiterian,exercise 2 times a week in cardio and everyother day yogo. What diet pills and diet plan should I use to loose weight but no exessive mussle gain.Please dont suggest I intake protein rich foods untill im at my goal weight. Dont tell me its not "healthy" its underwight but not harmful.
Dont be rude, this is my choice.
Help me and dont critic my decisions.
I need help and advice not to be put down.

Lifting with muscle building supplements or doing a lot of cardio when using fat burners? I cannot stand how fat burners make me feel. I was wondering if I need to change my routine. I run a lot and use a fat burner with hardly any weight training.

I know that eating better and exercising are what you need to do to loose weight…I’m working out twice a day 30 min cardio and 30 sit-up lunges etc. What pills are safe and won’t make you gain a bunch of weight once your off of them?

I’ve been exercising lifting weights and cardio for 4 years in addition to eating healthy and on a high protein diet and i still have a bit of fat that i can’t seem to lose. I am considering taking a fat burner supplement to help out. Does anyone have knowledgable advice to offer? I’m wondering how these work as the guy at the health store said you dont gain back weight if you go off of them, that the supplement helps your body boost its own metabolism, sounds like a bunch of crap to me.

Best Fat Burners and subcutaneous Body fat Loss?

I am A 19 year old guy i work out 6 days a week that includes weight training and some cardio.I am 5,10 170lbs and 14% Body Fat. I do follow a strict diet high protein low fat moderate carbs and a s**t load of water. My current goal is to drop to 6% BF of lower while maintain Muscle to become ripped. One issue i have since i have been trying to rip up is that i lose weight and I get end up losing the muscle and in some how increase BF levels and become fatter flabbier and softer bad genetics?? So i have decided that i am going to invest in Fat Burners. I am looking for fat burners that are low in caffeine and will help me lose subcutaneous Body fat not muscle or water weight… with thousands of products on the market and all their publicity I want to hear from peoples personal experiences from their products/ supplements?? also any other advise on getting ripped and losing Body fat i would appreciated it
