They’re made of Hoodia & you’re supposed to have them an hour before you normally eat. So 1) is it better for me to have the two pills at the same time an hour before or 2) have one maybe one & a half hours before than the second 45 minutes before. Please help! Thank you!

I’m looking to lose about eight pounds. I bought GNC Burn 60 – it looks safe, but so far I haven’t noticed that much difference. What (hopefully cheap) diet pills have other users used and seen significant difference with? Please don’t answer and tell me ’safe diet pill’ is an oxymoron – I’ve had people tell me that before.
If you know of one, great! If not, thanks, but don’t post & warn me of the dangers – I’m quite aware.

I recently bought the fat burner/acai berry combo from CVS. On both bottles, it says to take two pills, twice a day. On the outside package, it says take pills from both bottles to maximize results. Does that mean I should take two of each at one time? One one of each at one time? Also, are these healthier than other products because they are more natural? Thanks!

Alright people, I don’t need any criticizing or plea’s to ditch the diet-pill route, so please don’t bother. I’m a 21 year old female, 5′4".. and my weight yo-yo’s between 138-148 every couple of months. I excersize and I know I eat sensibly, because I’ve been on weight watchers before and it taught me a lot.
I would like to get down to 130, but every time I get to 138 I just can’t seem to keep the numbers dropping. I get discouraged, & give up, hence the yo-yo weight. I just REALLY REALLY want to get to 130, stay there, and maintain a healthy diet. And yes, I know for a fact it’s possible. I just need some help. Can anyone give me some suggestions? I’ve been thinking about Hoodia. Which pills are legit? I’m desperate here. Any help is greatly appreciated.
