Japanese phrases…?

I need to knoe how to say these phrases:
take the diet pill.
Drink a whole glass of water.

Yeah, that;s it for now. They are both commands. & Don’t ask lol.

    Take the diet pill.
    ダイエットの薬を飲みなさい。
    daiett no kusuri wo nominasai

    Drink a whole glass of water.
    一杯の水を全部飲みなさい。
    ippai no mizu wo zenbu nominasai

    When you say these politely:
    ダイエットの薬を飲んでください。
    daietto no kusuri wo nonde kudasai
    一杯の水を全部飲んでください。
    ippai no mizu wo zenbu nominde kudsai

    composition:
    ダイエット (daietto) = diet
    薬 (kusuri) = medicine, pill
    飲む (nomu) = drink
    一杯 (ippai) = a glass, a cup
    水(mizu) = water
    全部(zenbu) = whole
    ください(kudasai) = please
