Is gymnema sylvestre leaves a bonus for dieting?

Jennifer September 3rd, 2010

I know that Diet + exercising is the perfect formula to lose weight and I’ve been doing it for 2 months and the results aren’t as great as I expected. I only lost 8 pounds in two months. I heard from a Japanese Diet doctor that by chewing gymnema sylvestre leaves, it makes you not able to taste sugar for about 15 mins and can help curve a craving for sugar. Should I try it? the leaves aren’t expensive or anything I just don’t unnecessary things in my body. I know I’m contradicting myself but are there any diet pills over the counter worth trying? I’m trying to lose about 20 pounds in the next few months.

Chewing Gymnema leaves will curb your appetite for sweets. This function is widely documented. When ingested, it also improves pancreatic function and cellular glucose metabolism. Try capsules or tablets (preferably Beta Fast GXR/Time release tabs) for this.
