Once I rehydrated, I gained about 6 pounds in 12 hours. I think I lost about a pound of fat and muscle from not eating the 2 days and lost a TON of water from no glycogen/salt.

No never heard of it. A friend of mine uses an Acai Berry product, it flushes all the waste out your system.
