    I tried it. It’s good for getting rid of weight for a weigh-in. But most of the weight loss is pure water. I lost 7 pounds in 2 days. You burn off all your glycogen stores, so your body can’t hold water anymore. Also you’re not taking in any sodium … so you lose even more water. Once I rehydrated, I gained about 6 pounds in 12 hours. I think I lost about a pound of fat and muscle from not eating the 2 days and lost a TON of water from no glycogen/salt.

    Actually, you don’t have to "diet" per se to lose weight, I discovered this at the web resource in the box below, they have plenty of tips and tricks, I melted away 9 pounds by doing as they advised.

    Sounds like just another fad diet program to me that sells you smoke and mirrors, deception and lies. But it’s probably great for one thing… it’s making some brilliant marketer a mint with all us desperate Susan’s ready to buy into garbage. Check out myths about these kinds of diets…..

    No never heard of it. A friend of mine uses an Acai Berry product, it flushes all the waste out your system.

    Shes lost quite a lot of weight and she swears by the stuff. She got it for free too, only had to pay like $1 shipping.
