diet pills are not the SOLE solution, but combined with exercise and eating well they can defiantly work.

If your looking for top diet pills, visit http://www.weightlossamp.com/products/diet-pills-reviewed.html for product information, a site the list the best diet pills

another great resource that I found was this mom, Donna, who blogs about her experience on formerfatmom.com or check here out at http://www.formerfatmom.com/

best of luck in the new year!

LEAVE THE DIET PILLS ALONE. You are to young to mess your body up with that crap (and I’m talking from personal experience). If you want to flatten your abs, do a variety of ab exercises. You can type this into any search engine and it will pull up tons of them or try Billy Blanks’ Boot Camp: Rock Solid Abs. After a month, you will see some results. If you want to trim your thighs try lunges and speed walking. Diet pills are not a solution to losing weight and there is a chance that those things can cause serious health problems.

Don’t even think about poppin’ those ridiculous pills. There is no easy option when it comes to loosing weight.

Most all diet pills have come under scrutiny for being dangerous. It’s all a big hype. And they’re not even FDA approved.

When the FDA did approve some diet pills we found just recently the pills were only sucessful for about 2lbs, but the side effects were way worst than 2lbs.

First off, you’re 125lbs and you’re complaining? Maybe you want to be the Alley McBeal stick figure we see on TV all the time, but I’m here to tell you, that’s not hot.

125 doesn’t sound bad at all and it really depends on your height.

A quick way to loose weight….

    Eat a nice breakfast.
    Light lunch
    Healthy dinner

Skip snacks. And don’t eat before 7PM.

Diet pills will NOT work. They are just a waste of money and even if they do work you can become addicted to them. The best way is to diet and exercise. Diet pills just do the work for you and makes you not able to stick to a long term diet. If you want to be thinner work out more, eat healthier, and and ask if you can dance more days a week or sign up for another class.

I’ve never used diet pills, but I’ve also never heard anything good about them aside from the commercials.

If I were you I’d focus a workout on your "problem" areas. Maybe if you eat an unnecessary amount of junk food, switch to something healthier. I’ve known a few people to loose weight just by not eating a nighttime snack snack.

I lost 55 pounds and 5.5 inches from my waist by cleansing my body. I used a great system that gives the body nutrition and also helps to cleanse it of the toxins, chemicals, pesticides and preservatives. good luck with those goals, you can do it if you want it bad enough!

Hoodia works as an appetite suppressant. If it works for you, you won’t be as hungry when you take it so you will lose weight by eating less. Some diet pills can contain stimulants or diuretics that can cause high blood pressure, irregular heart rate, sleep problems, nervousnes.
