I heard about this new product and I know it has worked on a lot of people. But, I just need to lose 10-15 pounds, no more than 15 pounds because I’m not really overweight. I just want to lose those little pounds in my stomach and hips. Is this product good for me? Can I use it 2-3 weeks and quit when I reach my goal?

I bought 3 box lida from www.buylida.com. After taking for 1 month, I lost 10LB. It really works as far as i know these are meant to be chinese herbal pills, so are’nt meant to have any side effects? i know these are original, because of the hologram on the box. Help please.

Particularly – side effects, at some point I tried herbalife and hoodia and it caused me nausea, my ears hurt and I had heart palpitations. I heard Lida Daidaihua is supposed to be side-effect free. Any information from actual users is appreciated.

It’s from China. Some people claimed they have lost 5 kg in just 10 days. I know, the best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. I’m just curious about this ‘magic pill’ people told me. Is it true? If it is, how does it work?

i know of 7 people who’ve done it and they’ve all lost a considerable amount of weight! since it suppresses appetite, after they got off it, they started eating portioned size food and have managed to keep the weight off.
