I’m pretty self-conscious about my looks, and I have a slight "belly", but not much of one. I’m 15, about 5′3", and about 123lbs. I eat ok, I mean, I have a snack now and then, but it’s usually a cheese stick (string cheese), or fruit, or light and fit yogurt, or a nutrigrain bar (apple–cinnamon). I tend to eat dessert, not every night, but I still eat it, but I can’t help it! I like ice cream (I just got this new Yankees ice cream, we’re gonna see if we win Yankees tickets, and I did not get the ice cream for that, and I only open it for Yankees games, and it’s DELICIOUS! BTW: The Yankees won against the red sux 2/3 games, 2 games out of a 3-game set ^.^). Sometimes for dessert, I have fruit, or mochi ice cream (Japanese ice cream), if we have it, and we get it at this health food store called "Whole Foods", so I’m guessing it’s a little better for you then regular ice cream, but then again, it comes in very small portions. I also have hot chocolate sometimes (and with lots of whipped cream, light whipped cream to be more exact, and my mom won’t get me marshmallows anymore because I’m kinda an addict, lol), even though it’s spring. I have lunch almost every day in school, but I usually have cafeteria food (and for crappy cafeteria food, they make pretty good mozzarella sticks, but you have to get there quick before they’re gone), but when I don’t have mozzarella sticks, I have chicken fingers w/fries (it doesn’t come just as chicken fingers, it comes with the fries in the same container), or just fries when I don’t have much money. Sometimes I bring my own food, like today, I had sushi from Wegman’s. I also had a soda from the company "Goya". When I eat lunch at home, I usually just make some easy mac, or ramen, or a sandwich like a BLT, or grilled cheese, and sometimes I have french toast for breakfast (on weekends, I don’t have enough time in the morning before school to have breakfast), and sometimes a pop tart. I just got some frosted cheerios, and those are pretty good.
As far as exercise goes, I’m cooped up in the house most of the day, and not able to go outside (or at least when my mom’s not home, but she works a lot, so, yeah), I mean, I can probably like, dance in my room or something. I do love to dance, especially to ♪♥The Beatles♥♫! Lady Madonna is such a great song to dance to! So is She Loves You! And I’m Down. Love those songs! And, I actually am a really good dancer. Ask my former dance teachers!
Also, I make REALLY good chocolate chip cookies (ask my brother’s friends in college =D). So, when I make the dough, it’s so tasty! And when the cookies are fresh from the oven… YUM!!!! I don’t make them a lot, but I’m probably gonna make ‘em soon, and bring them into school (I get extra credit from my teachers because they’re so good XD!), so, yeah.
So, does anyone have any tips for me on how to lose weight?

2. I’m cooped up inside all day and can’t go out. The only excersise I can get is dancing around the house, but that’s still not much.
