Ive been taking the 2 day lingzhi diet pills for about 2 months and lost about 15 lbs and my metabolism sped up so fast and I never felt better. But now, they seem to have stopped working. I am not going to the bathroom as much as I was (sometimes I go a day or so without going to the bathroom) in the beginning. Did my body get immune to the pills? Will they ever make metabolism fast the way it was in the beginning?

I am a 29 year old female (1 child 6 years old) and I have always had problems with my weight.I am not able to exercise due to bad knees (from being in nursing for ten years) and I am an @ home wife.I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks due to a "Japanese Diet Pill" but I am worried about my future health? Any ideas?
I got hurt @ work almost 3 years ago (I was catching an Alzheimer’s Patient) and I had to quit nursing as I am unable to stand that long.Swimming? I am really thinking about joining my local gym that has an indoor pool.I have an out door pool in my apartment complex but tbh it’s so small and so many kids go there? I wouldn’t have the room needed to swim.I am a very good swimmer btw,and could most def do laps given the space to do so! 
I am not lazy and don’t eat a lot,high weight runs in my family but not overly so.

I bought some from ebay and now I find out they are FAKES? Where can I get the REAL ones? I have looked @ www. japansousinoncranebeauty.com and they say "we are the only REAL sellers ect ect" and tells you which ones are "fake" I have actually lost weight with the pills I have been taking but now I am scared!
