I’ve been taking the so-called "real" hoodia for the past two weeks and I haven’t dropped 1 pound! I have reduced my caloric intake significantly but still not 1 pound lost. I did a little research and it turns out that the real hoodia is protected agaisnt exports and that it is actually meant to slow down the metabolism – -. Has any done any research on this new diet pill fad?
As for me, I’m going back to GNC and getting my money back.

I have heard Hoodia is good. What else is there? where can i get it? how much $?
No one is answering my question obviously i am aware that excersise works but im talking about diet pills. What are the best ones… anyone else?

I am taking Mega-T Green Tea with Acai Berry and Hoodia. The instructions say to take two caplets a day with a meal and some water. I don’t really eat in the morning because I have to sleep through the morning so I was wondering what exactly would happen if I didn’t eat when I take it in the morning?

I just started taking it yesterday and I have been waking up in the morning just to eat something but then I cant get back to sleep and I have to sleep as much as a can during the day for my job. I do however take it in the evening when I eat dinner with a glass of water like directed. I also follow an exercise plan to help burn fat. My big problem areas are my "pooch" (lower stomach) and my lovely love handles. I hate them.

So I would like to know:

1. What would happen if I didnt eat only in the mornings while i take the pill?
and
2. Does anyone have any suggestions for more exercises I could do to burn those love handles and my pooch off?

If anyone has any stories I’d love to hear them as well
I know that diet pills are effective because my sister and mother took this exact diet pill. And some things work on some people and not others. Thats why there are different pills and exercises for everyone. Thanks.

I am sick of not being able to shop at stores I can not ever find anything that fits me right
I Need to loose wieght
I don’t really excercise a whole bunch
I am wondering of people can give me some feedback on a few things that are out there and which one to give a try I am willing to do anything

She is on Femara Pills (from having Breast Cancer back in 2005. Stage 1, Lumpectomy)
Can she take diet pills such as Hoodia?
Anyone know??

I’m 5′8 and weigh 190…i know… :-/
it makes me feel horrible. but it is so hard to diet! believe me ive tried. im just so hungry and weak. exercising hurts and im just full of excuses! lol

anyway, is there any diet pill like hoodia or quicktrim or acai berry thing that would help me???

im willing to exercise and cut back a little on what i eat but not completely…just eat healthier. i used to be so skinny. now im fat!

im scared to be naked in front of my boyfriend! he doesnt care, but i do!

please help me! im desperate!
hydroxycut has been recalled because of liver damage, i refuse to use that one.

I am not an overweight person by any means, but I like to use something for appetite control. I tried the Hoodia diet from the true website. The capsules worked great. I took them for 2 months and was pleased with the results. I waited a few months after my first batch ran out, and used them for a second time, but I am not getting the same results as I did from the first batch. I know sometimes you can build up a tolerance to certain meds/diet pills, which is why I waited for a few months before I bought my second batch. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.
Chances of it being a placebo are slim since I did indeed order from the true website.
