From your experience, what diet pills have worked best for you?
Jennifer September 2nd, 2010
I’ve never really been overweight, however, I’m having a baby in a little less than a month and a half, and want to lose the weight of course, as quickly as I can afterward. There’s SO many diet pills out there, I was just wanting to hear from others who have taken some who have had really good results.
I know that certain pills can work for some people and maybe not work for others, but I’m just wanting to hear from you which ones have worked best. Thanks.

First, i suggest you don’t take diet pills. think about your baby.
But if you still insist, here are some information you should know:
1. diet pills work for different people, there is no best or strongest diet pills
2. diet pills always have side effects. for example, you will get dry mouth and your appetite will be suppressed. You will eat less and you should drink a lot water. (PS: diet pills that don’t make your mouth dry are fake)
3. do not do too much sports if you take diet pills, because they don’t supply energy for your body.

I’m sorry, but diet pills are not the way to go. While they will help you lose weight fast, once you stop taking them you will gain it all back. And that’s not the way to lose weight. The good, healthy way to lose weight is to: eat healthy, exercise more (shoot for maybe 45 minutes a day) and stay motivated!
For exercising, you can either run, walk, bike, or do other cardio workouts. I would also suggest going to Sports Authority and buying some 2 or 3 pound free weights. And NO, weightlifting won’t make you look manly.
A lot of websites will make customized plans for you. Just google "custom weight loss plan"
Nike has one right now, specifically for women: http://www.nike.com/nikeos/p/nikewomen/en_US/training_club?login=true
You can even invite some of your friends to do it with you!
Good luck!
