I take Alli… its not a crash diet, its FDA approved, and it doesnt make me sick. It keeps your body from absorbing about 1/4 of the fat you take in…and supports healthier eating and exercise. You also have free web and phone support and a diet and exercise plan… and little rewards along the way (they send you milestone rewards.)
It may take the weight a little longer to come off (because youre doing it the right way) ….but it stays off (unlike crash diets… where you drop 10 but gain back 12).

Be careful with Alli, you can easily eat too much fat (and sometimes even when you don’t eat too much fat) and have a serious accident. It comes out all orange and oily and there is no way to hold it in. I don’t even think I eat unhealthy and I had what they call ‘treatment effects.’ They were simply an assplosion! Stay away from Alli, thats my recommendation.

I would approach any diet pills with extreme caution- no matter who has used them perviously or what you have heard about them. They can be dangerous, or more often than not useless. The best way to lose weight is by eating a healthy, balanced diet and being active (i.e. exercise!).

I agree be careful of Alli. I had a accident while out mountain biking. Not pretty. I’ve had alot of success with Hoodia. I get it from this site http://gethoodiathin.com
