Well, everyone would LIKE to lose weight fast. LOL I am going to tell you honestly that you can lose weight by April, (not 40 lbs) but enough if you eat a good diet and exercise. None of these "amazing" diet pills work or are good for you. I assume that when you lose the weight you would like to keep it off, right? then nine of these magic pills are going to help. Do it the right way.
The FDA has issued safety warnings for any diet meds that have this ingredient in them- sibutramine. It is like taking amphetamines!
bad idea. There have been heart attacks, strokes ans yes, death, associated with these pills. Is it worth dying to lose weight? NO. I have lost 80 lbs over the years, and kept them off by using my head, eating a lot of fruits and veggies, no sugar, no fats, and exercising regularly. find some exercise that you like to do. It is not worth killngyourself over some pounds that you are perfectly capable of losing without taking something that may kill you, or mess you up for the rest of your life. Amphetamines are addicitve. I do not know how old you are, but you are old enough to know netter. I am 53, so I definitely know better. Plus, do some reading up on it. Do your research!
